I'm now just finding out that the movement exists, even though I've been wanting a life where I have time to cherish the little things. I lived in Rome for a year and have desperately missed the motto "work to live" instead of "live to work". "The Slow Movement" encompases a lot of my beliefs on how to live into one ideal. Would be very interesting to do some scientific estimate on this, to see if it's actually a sustainable solution.
